Emilio Morales

Length of time in Business: I’ve been in the mortgage and real estate industry for over 32 years. Earlier in my career, I owned two Century 21 offices. Over the past 15 years, I’ve held leadership roles as a Regional Vice President with companies such as Alterra Home Loans, APM Mortgage, AFN Mortgage, and Colonial Mortgage. I'm passionate about serving my community, especially by educating and guiding individuals and families in making sound financial investments. My personal mission is to help one Hispanic family at a time achieve homeownership and financial stability. Introduction: I was born in Guatemala and came to the United States at the age of 19. Before moving here, I played semi-professional soccer in my home country, and I have my black belt in Kung Fu. I’ve been happily married to the love of my life for 34 years, and we have three amazing children, all college graduates. Most recently, I became a proud grandpa.
