She specializes in first-time purchases, second-home purchases, refinancing, FHA, VA, Conventional, 203(k) renovation home loans, and Jumbo Loans. Bali has the experience necessary to execute complex financing and refinancing solutions for her clients and obtained her certification in 203(k) renovation lending. Bali is passionate about providing her clients and with the absolute best customer service possible. She provides fast pre-approvals and explains the often-complex home buying process in great detail to ensure each client is comfortable throughout their home buying journey. Bali believes communication is the most important part of every transaction and prides herself on keeping her clients and Realtor® partners updated throughout the process. Born and raised in England, she obtained her degree in graphic design, and later pursued a major in criminal justice. When Bali is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their three beautiful daughters.
