Toby Thurman

It’s hard to find someone with more experience than Toby. He is a native Texan and has been in the Mortgage & Real Estate Industry in the Austin area for over 37 years. The last 24 of those have been in the mortgage business. Before that, he was the Owner/President of Gracy Title Co. and has previously held a Real Estate License. “His motto is “If I am awake, I am available”. He has built his reputation and career on his availability, response time, constant communication with all parties, and “Listening” to his client’s needs, goals and wishes. He takes every client’s transaction personally and promises to treat you as if you were family. He will be your advocate and use his creativity to provide you with the best loan that is custom designed for your needs and situation.” Outside of his career, Toby enjoys spending time with his family, working with his church, and helping his community. He is an avid sports fan and loves traveling, movies, hunting, and Texas Hold’em.
