Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Tyson spent well over a decade as a motivational speaker, working with schools, organizations, and businesses nationwide. That experience shaped his ability to connect, communicate, and consistently show up for the people he serves. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Andrea, and their family, along with hunting, fishing, and exploring the Texas Hill Country.
