Kimberly Nicoll

Originally from New Jersey, my family and I moved to Myrtle Beach SC in 2012. Living just minutes from the beach, and all that the Coastal Carolinas have to offer, I am honored and excited to help my clients with any of their real estate needs. Prior to becoming a Broker, I spent many years serving my clients in the Mortgage Operations industry. Which has helped me assist them better when buying and selling. I also attended Art school and obtained my bachelor degree in Fine Art in 1999 from William Paterson University. I am passionate about helping all my clients, but especially enjoy working with local Veterans and military families. I am MRP certified and want to serve those who have served our country. So coming to Fathom Realty, I look forward to partnering with their Hometown Heroes Division and finding new ways to give back and better assist them. If I am not working with clients, or mentoring new agents in the industry, I can be found at the ball field enjoying time with my husband and teenage kids who keep me smiling, busy, and humble.
