For over 25 years, I’ve built my career on helping borrowers who others overlooked — from first-time buyers and military families to self-employed and credit-challenged clients. Licensed in more than 20 states during my career and now serving borrowers in 48 states under Encompass Lending Group, I bring a broad perspective on lending options and real-world solutions. My experience spans FHA, VA, conventional, alternative documentation (alt-doc) programs, investment properties, self-employed borrowers, and tailored strategies to fit unique financial situations. I also help families explore ways to achieve long-term financial stability — including approaches like adding casitas/ADUs, which can create rental opportunities and support creating generational wealth.
